Description

On the banking of high-tech equipments & technology, VINMAR POLYMER PRODUCTS has been offering GREEN CANOPY mulch film which is made from high grade of LD-LLDPE that compounders have mixed with other components to produce individual formulations of mulch films for our customers in agriculture. We are producing Silver-Black Mulch Film, Plastic Mulching Paper, Black-Black Mulch Sheet, Yellow-Black Mulch Film, Red-black Mulch Film, and White-Black Mulch Film as per requirements of the agricultural norms. These films are available in 20-100 micron thickness and 1-1.2mtr X 400-800mtr roll. It is made out from finest raw material & UV stabilized for better performance at least one season and often used in conjunction with Drip-irrigation systems.

CALCULATION OF MULCH FILM REQUIREMENT
A = Land area in hectare
M = Microns of mulch film
Constant factor =9 .39
C = Consumption of mulch film in kg
% of land covered assumed 75
FORMULA
C= [A (hectare)] x [0.75] x [M (micron)] x [9.39(constant factor)]
E.g. Find out consumption of mulch film for 25 hectare of total land to covered 75% for 25 micron of film.
As per formula:
C=Ax0.75xmx9.31
C=25×0.75x25x9.39
C=4402 kegs.
